Sunday January 5 around 6:15 p.m. Drive-through service, Magog Order 1 small coffee 1 cream 1 sugar (did not receive a sachet of sugar and very strong coffee, not drinkable, thrown away on the street corner). Order 4 apple turnovers (time and date not written on the box: they taste out of date or old, all you taste is the greasy crust, the inside is tasteless). A small order of less than $6 but very disappointing.

Terrible service. Last 3 visits: a wait of 20-30 minutes on average for a meal that arrives completely cold each time. Employees ignore us when we speak to them or respond to us without much respect. They work very slowly and put no effort into making your meal enjoyable. In addition, there are no adults to manage the young people who work in the kitchen. I think that the famous "mcdo protocols" are not respected (you can clearly see this thanks to the open kitchen). Extremely disappointing and very frustrating.
Had a poutine from them two minutes ago from the drive thru it was freezing poutine, so we went to change inside and the guy gave us the same poutine with some extra buffalo sauce on top. If i could I won’t even give one star. Chnage your staff. Thank you for wasting the money

I thank an exceptional man Martin. A McDonald's employee. He always has a smile, he is kind and always attentive! I hope that the company is aware of the rare gem they have and I sincerely hope that he will stay for a long time because we love him!!!!
