I have never waited so long - had to reverse out of the drive through it was taking so long then waited 25 minutes for 2 coffees. McDonald’s is supposed to be fast food not slow food

Shit service and they can't even read the simple instructions for the orders. Plenty of times that I ordered a double double burger and only had one patty. For the time I asked for it to eat in a restaurant and they put it in a to-go bag.

Worst experience today with fish burger, I ordered double filet and but got single and then it’s cold with cheese not melted. Looks like they just want to finish the orders with no attention.
Atmosphere not rated drive-in. Breakfast or Artie's were greasiest I've seen at Mc Donald. Coffee tasted burnt. Driven meal served without ok a paper napkins. Meal served over price of presented coupon.

Aryanne here is the worst employee I have even seen in any restaurant in my life. Ignores people talking to her.. picks up dirty bags from the floor and puts stuff in it and gives to people and most shockingly constantly touching her face and nose while serving people. If the restaurant wants to avoid losing their license, they should fire her.
