Tuesday evening, it was 7:15 p.m. when we entered the restaurant which was empty. The restaurant closes at 8:30 p.m. The waitress who shouts Yes? I ask him if we can eat. According to her, it wasn't worth it. In 1h15, we agree that you can eat things, especially since the restaurant is deserted. In short, his stupid appearance made us turn around quite quickly. Very disappointed!

Well priced sushi but too ordinary and small. It might have chef's specialties

The worst sushi and Poké bowls. Please don't go there. Salmon poke bowl with vermicelli. Firstly, they are not vermicelli and secondly they are not cooked. Carnivorous nigiri, the super thick and hard beef (Stiff) inedible. The tuna nigiri tastes very strongly of fish and is covered in pepper, as if to camouflage the taste. Having worked in a fishmonger, when tuna tastes like this, it means it's not fresh. We also found a piece of plastic in one of the makis. Nearly $100 worth of order ended up in the trash. Really! I invite MAPAQ to visit them. The only positive point, the cashier who is also the waitress is great.

We arrived at noon. After about ten minutes we were treated to a glass of water and a menu. After 50 minutes the waiter hadn't even come to take our order!!! After an hour of waiting we got up and went to eat elsewhere. And yes we 'dared' to leave. It's really insulting to be ignored at this point. The worst part was that he took orders from customers who arrived after us. We wasted 1 hour of our day waiting for nothing. Very disappointing and frustrating.

Impeccable service, however the sushi platter was very disappointing. We had a cucumber stem and a shrimp tail in two of our sushis included out of the total number of sushi listed. The kitchen couldn't do anything for us. We were quite disappointed.

I ordered the 25 piece Osé platter on December 30. For almost $50 with taxes it was very disappointing. There was no raw fish in this sushi, only shrimp, pollock and a single piece of smoked salmon on the nigiri. The sushi was poorly rolled, cut irregularly and the end pieces of the rolls were almost empty with only a little rice.
I gave it 2 stars because it wasn't bad in itself, but very disappointing.

First experience… and the last
So I can understand that we are not served alcohol, but not Asian drinks for the children, we were brought back two cans on the table without service,
What a disappointment with the sushi, we took the 72-piece platter plus dumplins and shrimp tempura as an aperitif... the tempuras were much overcooked, served with sauces that have nothing Japanese in them... the rice was bland, dry, no seasoning, no taste...
Very poorly finished, neglected sushi….
No salmon, no raw tuna on a platter of 72 pieces….a scandal we had to ask for wasabi and ginger otherwise they wouldn’t give it to us
We hadn't even finished eating, the plates still on the table when the waiter asked us if we wanted the bill and immediately came to collect it… $145 without alcohol for a disappointing meal with no taste,
Please don’t call what you served us sushi!! It’s an insult to Japanese cuisine!
Sushi chef is a job, it cannot be improvised
Amateurism has no place in a restaurant, especially with a specific product like sushi and Japanese cuisine.

Osé Sushi Magog.
Terrible customer service.
Do not take the time to read the purchase orders and the requested specifications.
When asked to fix their mistake, they prefer to persist by saying that it was not their fault.

Very slow service for unlimited sushi
Our server was “in the moon”. His 2 other colleagues, on the other hand, helped us even if they were not our assigned server.

Honestly I never write comments, but unfortunately I have no choice but to highlight my latest experience.

I placed an order for a platter of 50 sushi through their website. I add the mention “no sauce/mayo in the sushi please” because my partner has an intolerance.

They called me to tell me that usually there is no problem but that this evening (December 31) it is not possible. I then ask how many sushi out of 50 will have sauce, and I am told that he doesn't know, it's the chef's choice. Ok… I ask if he can find out and unfortunately that’s not possible either.

I then ask to be reimbursed because my partner simply cannot eat this. I am told that the owner will call me back within 24/48 hours because he cannot reimburse me. I then ask for confirmation that I will be refunded or that the order is canceled... only to be told "as I told you the owner will call you back".

So I didn't get the sushi, no confirmation that my order was canceled and no call from the owner.

Obviously it's January 1st, I'm going to let the day pass, but I don't understand the logic in all this.

With a service like that, no need to tell you that it really doesn't make me want to encourage this restaurant again which is 10 minutes from my house.

I'm sorry but this is not sushi, it's tasteless, bad quality ingredients, over loaded with rice, slow service.

Very bad experience at Osé Sushi in Magog. I place an order online at 5:30 p.m., and I am told to come to the restaurant for 6 p.m. I arrive there around 6:05 p.m., and the waitress seems completely lost. She can't find my order, so I show her the confirmation email. She eventually found the order, but it seems she hadn't seen it. Once she realizes the mistake, she tells me, quite unpleasantly, that it will take another 30 to 35 minutes.

I explain to him that I ordered online and that I traveled to arrive at the indicated time. She replies, still so curtly, that there are a lot of customers and that my order will not be ready before this deadline. I then ask for a refund, because I don't have time to wait there, and she tells me that only her boss can do it online. Very frustrating to plan, travel, and be treated this way…

I’ve had better sushi in other places. The deep fried sushi has way too much batter on them. Some sushi’s tasted bland. Service was good though.

Parking: You could technically park at the metro grocery store located behind if there’s no parking on the street.
