Good restaurant with a nice atmosphere and excellent service. Very nice portion. Unfortunately my filet mignon was dry and more cooked than requested and the tuna tataki was good but nothing more. A little expensive for the taste/execution/price ratio. But still a nice evening.

Food is very good and service was great until I complained about paying tip on taxes. I was told that it's the handheld paying machine that does that. This tax tipping ruined the dining experience for me. I'm not going back.

My father and I visited Magog for a day, and decided to go to Pinocchio for a meal. We ended up ordering of the Table d'haute and I regret nothing. Our server Julien was great. Knowledgeable, amicable and measured. He never came off to much or to little and he was a joy to chat with tableside.The food was also great. Especially the Lemon Tart.People have good days and bad days and as such I do my best to account for all the factors when I review a place. In this case though there is nothing bad to say. I left having had the dining experience that many restaurants in Ottawa have yet to provide despite their higher price-points.Merci Julien! Le service était superbe. Je te demanderai lors de ma prochaine visite.

From the moment we walked in the door the entire experience was perfection. Our waiter patiently explained the menu items and even recommended his favorites when asked. Snails over bone marrow, lamb shank, salmon. Everything was excellent.
