The Magog staff are having a blast! Delivery is optional depending on the delivery person's desire to travel and/or if he must receive his tip at the door ?Observation: when I tip online: 20%, it's very quick. 18% I can wait 2-3 hours... 15% I just don't receive my order! ?♀️?

More than 1 hour of waiting for a pizza and poutine delivered 1 hour 45 minutes later still no meal ordered on the application, I called customer service who explained to me that no deadline and respect and all that must be waited I don't see in any way that these are in preparation, I ask to speak to a supervisor the line hangs up I call back and they tell me that he is busy but that my complaint will be forwarded... so that it doesn't start again, sincerely your service would be so great better with an in-store line than a central office that tells you yes but we respect the standards..

This is the 3rd time I've been to the Salvatorer Magog, seriously the service is impeccable, the restaurant is incredibly clean and the quality of the food far exceeds my expectations, well done to the entire Magog team!

Order for delivery made at 11:25 a.m. at the restaurant which is located 2km from my work. After 1 hour of waiting we call for an update, we are told that the order is ready and the delivery person picks it up for delivery within a few minutes. We wait another 20 minutes then this time we are told 5 minutes max before arrival. Another 20 minutes pass, this time they put us in contact with the Magog restaurant directly and the lady told us that they canceled our order at 11:30 a.m. No follow-ups, no calls, and tons of misleading information... here is the summary of our Salvatore Magog experience.
