This is by far the best poutine going around. Nothing comes close. The fries must be cooked in lard, they taste incredible. The sauce is ever so slightly spicy, not overly salted. Yes the cheese is on the bottom, but you will learn to love that, it is perfectly squeeky. The only thing that could be better is the acceptance of interact payments.
Best poutine in Quebec. I went to several canteens, restaurants, stations across Quebec and she won the grand prize. Family, warm, clean, reasonable price, it's excellent. Perfectly crispy cooked fries.10/10
