Beautiful place and ambiance! We were quite looking forward to trying this restaurant. It is cosy, yet modern and very well decorated. While I ordered an appetizer, my husband did not. Then, we waited (and waited) for our main meal. Meanwhile, a table of six and a table of four, both of which had arrived after us were served with drinks and meals. In fact, 40 minutes after I had finished my appetizer, we were still waiting for our main course. Finally, since our waitress had not come to us, we spoke to another one and within minutes, we had our meals. However, both our meals were not warm. Obviously, the original waitress had been too busy taking care of the six-person table and had not brought us our plates on time, hence they had cooled off. So they were returned to the kitchen to be warmed up. While the presentation of the plates was very nice, the food was not up to our expectations. We both love Italian food and have been to many Italian restaurants. We appreciated the fact that the waitress did not charge us for my glass of wine because of what had happened. However, we are not planning to bring friends there or to return to the restaurant though we live in the area. At least for a while.

It is a cozy italian restaurant with nice atmosphere and great service. We ordered the ceasar salad it was delicious, in addition to the seafood pasta which was great and we ordered the diavola pizza but the dough wasn’t that impressing and it tastes like frozen dough. The waitress was so attentive and kept a nice smile during the whole night.

I took my three teenage boys here when my wife wasn't feeling well. Everyone else in the restaurant were couples... The waitress was super sweet and provided great service. The food is amazing.
Excellent meal, quality food and well prepared. It would be appreciated if the chocolate brownie could benefit from a hot chocolate fudge instead of caramel. The Valentine's Day dessert was very good, but the portion was too small for the asking price: $12. Excellent service and the staff are accommodating and friendly. One of the best restaurants in Magog, without a doubt. I recommend it without hesitation.

First time I've seen a carpaccio made with package quality melted meat bought at the grocery store (we even recognized the shape) Moreover, so much sauce on the carpaccio that we only taste that, in fact, in this context, given the quality of the meat, it may be better that way

Our first time at Benito and we were pleasantly satisfied, music, perfect service and wow food! On the other hand, some cocktails were expensive for the portion received...but all in all, going to Benito's is worth the detour!
