Very cold dining room. Less than 18 degrees. All the customers ate with their coats and even their hats on. Very disappointing when in the bar section there is a splendid closed gas fireplace. No sense in my opinion. Very slow service as well.

23-11-2024. The meals are lukewarm, the vegetables are not even al dente but almost not cooked, the sauce is cold and an extra $4 on the bill and that of our friends... be careful! It's really too expensive for what we get. The manager did not want to come to see us. NEVER again!

Kid-friendliness: They have a place to play or they stay at the table! Beeennn no, parents let them run around the restaurant and it bothers everyone

I recently went to St Hubert and I must say that the service was impeccable! Our server, Maxime, was simply fantastic. Despite the fact that he is fresh out of training, you would never have guessed it. He was attentive, friendly, and truly made our dinner experience unforgettable. It’s rare to see someone with such hospitality skills this early in their career. I would recommend this place 10/10 to all my friends, and Maxime deserves a raise! I can't wait to come back.

Excellent service, Maxime was great. Plus it's fresh out of training (he told us it was only his third shift after his training 👌)

Worst host service ever. 20 minutes of waiting like green plants without telling us if they have space and treating reservations as if we didn't exist. Very very very bad experience.
