Title: Total disappointment with this caterer

I can only share my immense disappointment after using this caterer for a cocktail dinner. Not only was the quality of the food subpar, but the overall experience was simply terrible.

Let’s start with the cod rillettes: a real culinary disaster! It was so salty that it was simply inedible. Unable to savor anything, my mouth was on fire after just one bite.

As for the other bites, it was just as disappointing. The puff pastries looked like they came straight from a supermarket, and not the quality ones. It really felt like we were eating frozen food reheated in the microwave. For a reception, this is unacceptable!

There were 14 of us and, faced with this gastronomic disaster, we ended up throwing away all the appetizers. That’s how bad it was. We had to fall back on homemade grill cheese to save the evening.

In the end, I absolutely do not recommend this caterer. If you are looking for a pleasant dining experience, move on and opt for another provider.

Impeccable service, all dishes were fresh, original and exquisite. We spent a superb evening in the presence of chef Roland Michon.

Nous avons pris le service de chef à domicile. Excellent service de la part d'Étienne, qui nous a cuisiné de magnifiques plats. C'était délicieux, présenté avec soin et M. Michon est aussi attentionné. Nous allons très certainement refaire affaire avec eux.

Tout etait parfait...quel plaisir de ce faire gater a la maison, wow et merci, j'ai profité de ma soirée avec la famille sans rien avoir a me soucier

Excellente nourriture et service impeccable! Les 16 convives étaient servies en même temps et de belles adaptations ont été proposées au menu afin d'éviter les allergènes.

👏15 mars 2024: À l'Espace culturel de Magog,après une divertissante pièce de théâtre, j'ai eu le plaisir de déguster un rafraichissant mocktail et des canapés gastronomiques tous plus savoureux les uns que les autres. Délices visuels et gustatifs servis par une équipe souriante et avenante ! Merci ,ce fût un bonheur de vous découvrir ,étant une nouvelle résidente de Magog.
