Lots of choices of donuts and muffins, a positive point. I arrive Saturday morning to order a tim à la 12 (coffee carafe). The nice person at the checkout told me that I should have called before. I say I understand and I absolutely don't mind waiting. She therefore turns to her superior to ask if it is possible to make coffee, she replies very curtly: No. A bit ordinary for an establishment like Tim Horton's to refuse to make coffee for a customer. I understand that it might take a little longer and I mentioned that I didn't mind waiting. Finally, I would like to add that I was the only customer. There was no one else there. If it had been a big rush I might have understood a little more. More than disappointing.
