Ordered a meal at the kiosk and it would not give me a receipt. So when I went to the counter they re entered my meal gave a receipt but when I looked on my bank statement it charged me for both meals….

One of the drive-thru clerks is polite and civic-minded, which however contrasts greatly with, if not all, let's say a large majority of his colleagues, so much so that to underline all the merit I awards 4 stars that he alone will have been able to remove to deal with the numerous failings of his associates who steal the perfect score from him.

I previously wrote a bad review based on experience buy now this issue tops it all. Why is this mcdonald primarily hiring foreigners? Maniwaki and surrounding areas have a population of 3000+ people. It's says alot about the town and company that this restaurant has to outsource work to non Canadians.

The McDonald's in Maniwaki is "dirty" and deserves a good renovation: torn bench.
Men's toilet, there is room for improvement to free up space when sitting on the toilet... the paper dispenser is stuck on us... very little space to maneuver... there 6 inches between the wall and the toilet!!!

We both two sausage,bacon and egg wrap this morning and we find out that we didn't have no bacon in ours wraps ,I shouldn't be suprise they always somethings missing when you order something from them ,I'm not happy at all ??
