Thank you so so much to the sweet man that let me in to use the washroom I went to the timhortons and they refused to let me in to use the washroom btw I’m pregnant going on my 9 months! The Tim Hortons refused to let me in and I could not hold it in anymore and the man that was working tonight was kind enough to let me use the washroom I give this subway a big fat 5 stars JUST for that he was respectful and polite and kind to let me use the washroom so if the subway boss sees this please tell your workers a HUGE thank you and to keep up the good work they are doing because THAT IS HOW YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO TREAT A PREGNANT WOMAN! so thank you very very much I really appreciate the service there

The Subway is good but the lack of tact of the little blond who is there in the evening...seriously...a bad guy with no class! We're there eating as a family...he comes to our table to tell us that we haven't been fair to him...when we show him zero disrespect only because I mentioned to his boss that we bother him when his girlfriend is in the restaurant...he sighs at us and disrespects the world seriously customer service is not his strong suit and I didn't mind telling him but being attacked when we eat it's over for us! We will encourage more and spread the word.....I would have given 0 stars if it were possible...get the hell out, it is harming your customers....

Subway is Subway everywhere, it varies with whom works there. Yesterday, at noon I stopped at this location to get a bite, I tried to order in French, but the 2 young guys who were working there, once they noticed I struggle speaking in French they decided to change the tone to English although they struggled in English, they were so polite and very kind.

I had a coupon code expiringIn two days . This coupon code was taken via screenshot which had an example of a purchase receipt where the order details were mentioned as an example. The staffs couldn’t understand how to apply the coupon code and simply told me that the coupon code is only applicable for the items as mentioned on the purchase receipt as quoted on the example.Hopefully they get trained on how to apply a coupon code.

Ordered two footlong subs and a wrap tonight. My youngest daughter ended up knocking one of the subs off of our table, and it ended up all over the floor. I let the cashier know and she was kind enough to make my partner a new sub at no extra charge. Excellent customer service! Thank you again!
