Thank you so so much to the sweet man that let me in to use the washroom I went to the timhortons and they refused to let me in to use the washroom btw I’m pregnant going on my 9 months! The Tim Hortons refused to let me in and I could not hold it in anymore and the man that was working tonight was kind enough to let me use the washroom I give this subway a big fat 5 stars JUST for that he was respectful and polite and kind to let me use the washroom so if the subway boss sees...
Subway is Subway everywhere, it varies with whom works there. Yesterday, at noon I stopped at this location to get a bite, I tried to order in French, but the 2 young guys who were working there, once they noticed I struggle speaking in French they decided to change the tone to English although they struggled in English, they were so polite and very kind.
Ordered two footlong subs and a wrap tonight. My youngest daughter ended up knocking one of the subs off of our table, and it ended up all over the floor. I let the cashier know and she was kind enough to make my partner a new sub at no extra charge. Excellent customer service! Thank you again!
