I am always impressed by the service of the day that Louise and Anouke and their boys serve us, they consider themselves a VIP customer when they arrive, being a regular and respectful customer, our orders are already being prepared because they really care about their customer base we need more from employees like the three mentioned.
Despite the lack of employees, they rolled up their sleeves to provide exceptional service.

Don't give up, you do great work and I'm happy to be a regular customer.

It's been several months in this month that I go with my girlfriend to look for ice caps with some donut, several times they served me the wrong donuts and asked me to pay to "Change" the donuts and I didn't even have them touch.. It's disappointing.. several times, they do the ice caps in the wrong way and when we tell them that something is missing.. well.. he gets angry so no, he doesn't deserve more for their service crappy!

I went twice and both times was a disappointment the first time was slow and didn't even know how to make a wrap correctly and the second time the employees laughed at the customers in their faces so I don't recommend it. If I return to this region I would go elsewhere.

The worst tim that exists on earth. They only have one drive thru to manage because the restaurant is always closed and they are not even able to serve their customers at a reasonable time. If you stop at this time plan on waiting for a good 30 minutes because it just doesn't work and I find that the employees can be impatient and arrogant at times.

Tried to enter the restaurant to get food and use the facilities at lunch time. The doors to the restaurant were locked. Sign on door “Drive through only!” No thanks. Don’t go here because drive thru lane has 20 cars in it. This is bad management.
