We came but you were closed this Sunday even though your hours indicated open on Google maps. Damage! Nice park opposite!

Delicious fresh bread and sandwiches as well. It's been a long time since we had been in a bakery with that fresh bread smell!

Very disappointed with the pulled pork sandwich, the choice of a soggy sub bun at a bakery is really blah even though your buns looked delicious. Also, the pork didn't have the "onion and maple" taste promised. Finally, the mille-feuille was disappointing (half whipped cream, half tasteless pastry cream).I would definitely give it a second chance on my next visit.

Went in for a hot chocolate but got out also with other tasty stuff. There are a lot of options to choose from, to eat and for cute gifts. Very vast menu. The hot chocolate was really good, beyond our expectations for a boulangerie. The service was impeccable and warm. We felt very welcomed. The place itself was cute. There were spot outside to eat. Easy to park.

This place offers a traditional selection of baked good that are simply outstanding. Baked from simple ingredients by someone who has been baking for a very long time. I absolutely loved their pastries and hope to return someday!Cash only but … so worth it!

Out and about in Mansonville for labour day weekend and seeking the perfect croissants. Yas bae this place is THE place. Lots of fresh options with friendly English speaking staff if you so may crave. The chocolatine was equally as buttery and fresh as the croissants. I love a good local bakery.

Very tasty Mediterranean panini on great French bread. Also sold at Knowlton market where it sells out every Saturday. Famous deliciousness ☕️?️great latte.
Fantastic bread! And oh, the treats! I couldn't make up my mind since they all looked so good. But I did, and they were great! I will come again soon! Its like a trip to Paris!

After 19 years as a fan of Owls Bread, I can confirm without reservation; Owls Bread makes the best bread. - Best for grilled cheeses. - Best under a poached egg. - Best in any sandwich. - The best in toast … try Denis’ Maribel Plum Jam; Whoa. Try the pistachio date with cheese; Double Whoa. Q-Trip; There’s always Owls Bread in our freezer. Q-Trip; The chocolate croissant is best ever.

Quick & friendly service, excellent sourdough with the perfect crust. We stopped for lunch en the way to Magog. Americans should note that the our debit cards do not work as debit cards on Canada so you must pay with CAD cash here.

Well worth the visit! The bread is remarkable and all freshly made. There are also tons of frozen and prepared meals available for purchase. They have a wide variety of sandwiches, quiches, pasta, rice, and so many glossy pastries (fruit tarts, eclairs, mini pecan pies, chocolate macaroons, croissants). I also ordered a ham panini with Swiss and mushrooms. It was super flavorful, well-seasoned, and on the freshest, softest warm bread. One thing to note is that they do not take credit, only debit. Wasn't a problem for me, but it's worth noting for others.
