I ordered a flatbread submarine as I have been doing for several years, to my great surprise the first bite was very disappointing, the bread was hard, similar to a Taco, I went to see the attendant, and I told her , is it normal for my bread to be hard? She tells me yes, they changed the type of bread, I tell her, I don't like it all, she tells me nothing, I would have liked her to offer me another one, I would have taken the different bread , so, I gave him my sub and asked him to transfer it to an Italian bread, in short for 2 adults it cost $44.75, and I was disappointed with both the taste and the service, because the topping transferred, it it was really not the same, a freshly made sandwich was cold, in short I didn't like my experience, I have worked in customer service for over 30 years, and I would have made the sandwich again
