What a joke!! Le brac was closed so we decided to go Tim's instead. I wanted to try something different.
I ordered 2 sandwich au poulet croustillant and wanted to try the burrito wrap. Instead I got 2 buns with no sauce and some dry chicken nuggets. Absolutely disgusting.
Then we have the burrito wrap. They didn't add no rice, no cucumbers just a wrap with lettuce, chicken nuggets and two pieces of jalapeno and got charged 10$+tax. It's basically a chicken wrap with two slices of jalapeno.
Absolute scam. You and your staff should be embarrassed of yourselves. I was there today Feb 22, 2025 at 3:45pm. It's been years we have stopped eating Tim's because of this. They never failed to mess up orders. Not once!! You need to be sued and put out of business.

I came during a peaceful day with my son. Small box of tim bits (20) to congratulate him on his first victory of the year in d1 hockey. We enter the store and immediately my son is told that he can (it's back from doing spkrt not his fault). Afterwards, we have to wait 20 minutes inside as a girl, but we decide to go outside to the drive thru order our tim bits and a tub of tim horton cards. We receive our order, everything is fine, my son opens his package and there Johnny Gaudreault. After his tragic passing, I expected this card to at least be removed from production. But hey, later during our tour, we heard several employees shouting in the back store. Overall great experience and recommend coming to eat here.

Also do not respect the hours which mark sure Google it is written open at 4am I show up there at 4:30am and surprise the trash cans in the entrance of the drive toe things
The pastries…. Donut, chocolate, Tim bite you never have one even if you arrive at 6 a.m.…
Otherwise the employees are polite and patient

Never crispy chicken after 1 hour but otherwise these are ok.

More than disappointing service. Arrived at the end of the evening and asked for a coffee + a chocolatine. I am told that they are throwing things away. So I ask again if it is possible to have a chocolatine and they tell me; No, we are closing the drive-thru. They preferred to throw away the food than to sell me what I had asked for in addition to making it clear to me that I was too much…. Very disappointing !!!
