Good hamburger service and excellent fries. On the other hand, lukewarm and non-sparkling root beer. I went to the drive-thru. I would have liked a cold drink with maybe a few ice cubes.

I don't know what the drive-thru is like during the day but in the evening oufffffff. Not the first time I order from the drive-thru and most of the time in the evening for two adults and two teenagers (7:30 p.m.-8:30 p.m.) I am the type to give new people a chance and avoid complaining because we are lucky to treat yourself to an outdoor dinner and work, so in short. Unfortunately at this restaurant I have gotten into the habit of checking my orders at the drive-thru because the order is systematically not complete! Either there's a fries missing, or it's fries when there were onion rings or sweet potatoes, or it's just diet coke when there was root beer. And like last night there was a grandpa bg in a salad wrap and well, no! With bread! And there were only fries and diet cokes missing when there was a root beer! Unfortunately for us I checked wrong so we realized it at home….:-( And the service was slow! Almost 10 minutes to place the order and another 10 to get it! It would have been in the time of COVID and young people either lack training or don’t care…or both….

35$ pour deux trio. Bon ok c'est cher mais les attentes sont hautes. On arrive chez nous 5 min plus tard, le stock est froid, mais ce n'est pas ça le pire. La portion de la frite et de la poutine ?? Ridicule j'aurais à peine pu nourrir un bébé naissant avec ça. Franchement déçu j'étais un fan d'A&W avant mais là c'est vraiment terminé pour moi.

The last time we came here, in which we used the drive-thru, the service was sub-par. We could hardly hear the employee but not for lack of malfunctioning hardware but the very low tone of his voice. I immediately felt like this youngster did not like his job. Once at the window, we pay, and then give us our drinks, which weren't the right ones. A moment later, another young man appears at the window, requesting our payment, which we had already done. Once at home, upon opening our bag, we notice that they never gave us the sauce that comes with the sweet potato fries, which is why we BUY the sweet potato fries.
These kids should reconsider their choice of employment ? and I'll be avoiding this A&W from here on out.
