Literally best fries. I would make a trip just for the fries. Hamburger was good and served promptly. Counter service was attentive and friendly. Good experience. Beats national chains anyway.

No choice of liquor except pepsi. It says "empty" on all the outputs. Hot dog steamer wet, the bread was soggy. The fries were very soft and undercooked. So sad. The beautiful province of Terrebonne was closed and I tried this one. Never again for us. $30 in the trash

The service was okay until the cashier turned to her colleague to tell him in English that she had charged us full price for a 2 hot dog-poutine combo when we had asked her to reduce it to 1 hot dog . The (honest) colleague was trying to understand why items were missing from the order... and she replied "they just wanted 1 hot dog, but never mind I charged them full price anyways" while smiling at us. Disappointing.

I've been there 3 times now to order hot dogs. Each time, I ask for ALL DRESS steamer plus ketchup and mayo, but each time, I only get my hot dogs with relish, mustard, onion and cabbage…. In my opinion, isn’t it complicated, lord? Either the receptionist doesn't know how to write well or the cook doesn't know how to read well, but very disappointed..!
My poutine is not very filling and was made with fries that were not freshly cooked, but the worst thing is that I arrive at 6:50 p.m. and I am told that there are only hot dogs or poutine left. .regular..since they close in 10min. Firstly on the internet it says that it closes at 7:30 p.m., but even at that, you're supposed to serve everything on the menu as long as it's open it seems!!!
