Same waitress for about 20 years. Still as stupid but more and more rude (she clearly makes us feel that we are bothering her, difficulty in saying a word). In addition, with the children's meals, we were entitled to a drink and she did not offer it. When we asked her, she was defensive and told us that parents didn't like it when she offered the children a drink during the meal... Honestly! It's a shame, we continue to go there for the quality of the food but now I think it was the last time. We feel enormous discomfort each time being served and spoken like this... The reviews from other customers are unanimous, you will no doubt know which waitress it is! ?

Of all the Brunch restaurants chains, I enjoyed Ben & Florentine the most.Came here with a friend a few weeks ago. For a Sunday late morning (11am) the wait time was normal. But not too long. I say 10 minutes.Once we arrive at our table, we got a friendly waitress. The prices are ok, a little pricey but not exaggerated. And our food wait time was quite fast once we ordered.I had the Big Ben meal with a smoothie, while my friend had the scrambled eggs and bacon meal with orange juice. Both are bacon were cooked perfectly. The only minor complaint I would give is that their apple sauce is too sweet for my liking. And that my toast was slightly burnt. But overall our meals was quite enjoyable.If you enjoyed brunch, Ben & Florentine is for you.

We really like the lunches but there is a bit of a lack of cleanliness in the bathrooms and the lighting where we eat is not very clean. Go go hire a person to do the cleaning and everything will be perfect

We went to breakfast on Sunday morning. Despite the restaurant being very busy, the service was quick. The waitress was really nice and attentive to us. Excellent food and really generous portions. We will definitely go back.

Each visit seems like we discover a new waitress who is just as extraordinary as the previous time. Bravo to the young hires who are polite and professional despite apparent nervousness. The restaurant is always full and despite this the service is faster than elsewhere.
