I am really disappointed with the phone service this evening. After being on hold for 15 minutes, I finally spoke with someone in French. I ordered the Sesame Salmon Power Bowl, a dish listed on the English online menu, and repeated the name more than four times, but the person on the phone couldn't understand. I even described the ingredients of the dish, but nothing worked.
It is disappointing that the staff does not have sufficient knowledge of the menu, either in French or English. Boston Pizza, I strongly advise you to train your staff to better serve bilingual customers. In a region like Mascouche, this seems essential to me to avoid this kind of frustration. Sorry, but this level of service is unacceptable.
Update: I submitted my review in Boston pizza.com in feedback section as well. For more details I contacted October 26, 2024 at 7:38 pm. Please check your phone recordings to see which of your employees took that phone and train that employee about menu items.

It's been 2 times that I order Boston pizza on Uber eat and I take the time to indicate that I want EXTRA shrimp, I pay $5 MORE and finally in my dish comes 4 shrimp!!!!!! If that’s an extra, never mind!!
