The rice looked very bland and stale, most of the food was being left out in the open and unattended, they ask you to tip at the entrance before even serving you, there isn’t a variety of options for the foods and overall this place was mediocre at best the only good thing i’d recommend would be the pizza.

I really love coming here because we bring my partner's Grandpa and he really enjoys it.
However, this time was a little frustrating. The staff was rude.It was impossible to get anything to drink or get any napkins. They have lots of options. I'll definitely be going back with him but it's not my favorite.

Anywhere between 3 and 3.5 stars. Place super crowded, food is very average. Atmosphere of a high school cafeteria more than a restaurant. Not a bad place but not great either, also annoying that the whole group has to be there to be seated.

The idea of this place is great. Everything looked very appealing, and the atmosphere is charming. Just couldn’t get past the taste of the food. I had no idea that smoked meat, Chinese broccoli, baklava and apple fritters could be could be pleasure-free foods. The kids were happy at least. The fresh fruit was good.

It was nice, we always like to go there. But this time, at the moment that we arrived(18 hours), there were a lot of people and a big line with bad organization

Disgusting, the food was not fresh and not good.
the service was non-existent and when we were allowed to have a little service she took the order crookedly.
I ordered a Daiquiri without alcohol and during my first sip the alcohol was very present. She didn't even want to reimburse me (the difference between with and without alcohol), specifying that I never said without alcohol that she could only make me another one.

we arrived at 7:30 p.m. and no one told us that the buffet closed at 8:00 p.m., it was at 7:50 p.m. that we were told that the buffet closed in 10 minutes.
I would have liked to know this in advance because paying $40 per person for 20 minutes of buffet isn't great.

In addition, we did not call during the day to find out if we needed to make a reservation if we arrived around 7:30 p.m., even on the phone she did not mention that the buffet closed at 8:00 p.m.

I do not recommend this restaurant in any way.

Excellent restaurant with dynamic service. You spend around $43 per person and it's free for children. Drinks are not included except for unlimited ice cream and iced hot water. You can gather with family. The wait isn't long but it's worth it. Griot, chicken, pizzas, frog legs, crabs, etc. are very appetizing. The platters are always stocked and well varied. The only downside is the wait, as I said above, which is a bit annoying, especially when the line starts outside the building.

Most of the dishes in this all-you-can-eat buffet are disappointing and the dessert section is minimal. Perhaps only children will like it.

Never answers the phone... make more than 30 calls and no one answers! There is no service! They charge you the tip themselves but don't serve you afterwards... inform you after paying that you have to hurry because it closes and that there is almost nothing left in the buffet at 7:30 a.m. and then gives you good since you couldn't eat but when you go back want to charge you for the child who was free pcq it's free vouchers but we had already paid for our meals... bad service both the food and the staff

The food leaves something to be desired the only spices they have is salt and pepper when they are nice. During the entire meal we did not have a waitress to give us water and above all what was a HUGE plus for me was that they do not accept strollers only the baby shell… the restaurant was almost empty and I didn't want to walk around with the stroller but only to make my child comfortable and it is not recommended that a baby be in his shell for more than 30 minutes. ALSO I wanted to communicate with the restaurant because I forgot my bottle on the table following more than 12 CALLS I HAD NO RESPONSE. What a great service!

Kid-friendliness: Accepting strollers only for seating babies but not allowed in the buffet would be a good alternative
