After 1 hour of waiting for my order I call they tell me in 15 minutes it's there. 30 minutes later I called back, sorry the bill didn't come out.... really bad, not the first time this has happened to me

I don't advise people to pay cash if it's a delivery because the delivery person only has $20 in notes and zero change to change for example, so $50 for an order of $32 and I'm supposed to have had in credit for my order but no, I am told that they don't do those things ?and I have lost all confidence in this pizzeria but of champions..not far from that! !
Les livreurs arrivent pas de monnaie pour faire le change au clients , juste des 20$ sur lui .. je vous déconseille la livraison surtout dommage , perdu toute confiance à cette ( pizzeria )mais de champions..non loiiiin de la!!

Ce n’est pas la première fois…
Ce soir, on essaye de passer une commande par téléphone. La fille parle à quelqu’un d’autre pendant qu’on donne notre commande. On répète notre commande 4 fois et mentionne 3 fois que c’est pour une livraison. Après 1h15 d’attente pour notre livraison, on rappel. On nous dit que toutes les livraisons sont parties. 20 min après, on se fait rappeler pour se faire dire que les pizzas nous attendent pour un pickup. On demande depuis quand nos pizzas sont prêtes, on nous dit seulement qu’elles sont encore chaudes.
On se rend sur place, on demande depuis quand elles sont prêtes, on nous baragouines que le cuisinier les a regarder et qu’elles sont chaudes puis un histoire du livreur puis une histoire de mauvaise entrée de données. Tout ça dans la même phrase… comme la discussion n’allait aboutir en rien, je paie et quitte avec mes pizzas. On habite à 4 min. Résultat; croûte ultra dure, pizza frette, 33$ plus tard. C’est notre 4e expérience désagréable. C’est terminé pour nous! On ne commandera plus jamais. Dommage !
