I am completely outraged by my experience at Kuto in Mascouche! Refusing to remove walnuts from a tartare because of an allergy is not only irresponsible, but downright dangerous. We are talking about serious allergens, and their insane policy of no longer changing dishes, without notice, seems to change depending on the manager's moods. It’s scandalous! There was no understanding, no consideration for my situation. This isn't even a request to add foods for free, just to avoid dangerous ingredients. How can a restaurant treat its customers like this? It is unacceptable that their priority is profitability and not security. I ate here very often, in groups, with family, and with friends. But it's over for me. Such lack of professionalism no longer deserves my loyalty.

Me and my colleague ordered a table d’hôte dinner. The meal was delicious, the croutons were perfect, the spicy Tatare was excellent, salad and soup. Quality/price very good for the dinner menu!

I love Kuto restaurants and especially their all-you-can-eat menu on Wednesdays! Having tried several, I have never been disappointed, but this one was very, very disappointing. The food was good but the employees, especially the waitresses were not smiling, did not welcome us (it almost seemed like we were disturbing them), we waited 30-40 minutes between each tartare, they did not take our orders as it should be and did not bring us the right dishes.. the restaurant itself has nothing to complain about but the employees not very good! After 2 hours we had 3 small plates and we went out and were still hungry.
