The place is not clean, food is served cold, ketchup machine is defective, Printers doesn’t give receipt, Toilet smells really bad and are sticky, Staff don’t look like they want to work, Garbage are not emptied,
Overall that is one of the worst McDonald’s I visited in my life.
On top of that the manager let teenagers (15-16yr) play in the park that is rated 2-10 yrs. I had to told the kids to leave the place since they didn’t let my kids have access to the slides.

I chipped a tooth on their fries — that’s how dry and hard they were. By the time I got my drinks outside, everything was cold: dry, hard chicken nuggets and inedible fries. Now I’m stuck with a dentist bill on top of it. This is my third bad experience at this McDonald’s — I’ll stick to the one in Terrebonne, which is always excellent.

I often order from this McDonald's. My number disappears as being ready the girl tells me it's being prepared 15 minutes later she sees that I'm still there they lost the order receipt 25 minutes of waiting for a coffee!! A little too long

New trash cans are really bad, always full. Can't make an order whitout forgetting something in it, espacially when It's ordered on the app.
So disappointing, there's nothing in it..quarter pound meatball 3 onions, 2 pickles, and really no sauce, it's left in George... I have my McDonald's trip empty. What can we say about lunch...bacon mc muffin...it gives you dry English muffins that will break your teeth. You say to yourself, I'm going to leave it dry... well, hug it out, you realize that the egg disintegrates because it's not cooked... it's hard.
