Very bad service. Need to change the cashier. It gives a bad image of the restaurant. She shouted in front of everyone at these colleagues and she didn't speak well to the customer. It's sad.

Wow smiles in a PFK!! The restaurant is clean and the chicken was well cooked. Nothing to do with the emptying on Des Laurentides in Laval with their toothless cashier and their “cook” who think they are thugs. Thumbs up to the owner and the staff.

Went with the kids because they requested it, so it's the 3 of us, I didn't feel like it but I figure why not they ask for it. So the order was 2 different combo sandwiches and a combo 3 pieces of chicken. This cost me 50$, I was frustrated and disappointed, even after asking the kitchen why my pieces were so small they said its the way it is now and they can't help me. I told them I just paid 50$ for 3 meals and that's what I get, he had no response. I told him never again . He had no response no offers no help to give .
So please keep your money IGA or Metro chicken pieces are way bigger and better for your money ?
Poor drive-thru service the waiter is stupid and doesn't understand what we want we ask for two mini wraps as a trio advertised at $4.49 including an extra drink he charges me $10.91 instead of $4.49 gives me popcorn chicken to compensate I checks the order the fries are missing I go back telling them who is missing the fries two errors in the space of 10 minutes very disappointed it's not the pfk of the past

J’y suis aller hier le 16aout , la fille a la caisse superbe gentille souriante ! Je suis retourné aujourd’hui service au volant extrêmement désagréable le garcon qui nous a servi . De parler bete a regarder croche . Aucun professionnalisme là dedans . J’ai toujours adoré venir chez vous mais là j’étais vraiment furieuse du service qu’on a reçu.
