3 weeks later, still no response to my email sent to customer service, nor a refund.
Very disappointed with the customer service... I ordered a catering menu for a party. The delivery girl forgot the birthday girl's meal at the restaurant, after more than an hour of waiting on a Tuesday evening (November 8). She told me she would be back in 8 minutes. It took at least 45 minutes, and it wasn't even the delivery girl who came back... we all had time to eat. I called to be reimbursed for the delivery costs as well as the birthday girl's meal. I was told I would be called back; radio silence since.
I therefore advise against it for an important event. And I will no longer tip generously online until I receive my order.
