Wow a pretty disappointed meal I had.
Let’s start with the positive. The wait time to get are table was 10 minutes. Pretty good since it was during the Christmas shopping rush. Are waiter was very friendly to us. And the wait time between orders was very reasonable, we didn’t had to wait long. Most stuff in the menu are priced reasonably, fair market value for today standards. Now to the disappointment part, to the food, my dad had the steak, while me and my mom had their fish and chips. While my dad enjoyed his steak, he said that it was one of the best restaurants streak he had in a very long time, the same cannot be said about the fish and chips. One of the most disappointing fish and chips I had in long time. Our fish had way too much batter and not enough of the fish in it plus the batter was not crispy enough (it was soggy and oily) like most fish and chips. It tasted ok but too much batter. And the “chips/french fries “ was your basic run of the mill frozen fries. Nothing unique about them. They taste the same as any place that used frozen fries. They don’t even put any unique spices on them. But I got to say that their coleslaw was good.
Not sure if we will come back here. If you do come here, stay away from the fish and chips

Very rude and disrespectful to a handicapped lady. The customer is no longer important. Manager helped waitress attack poor customers waiting an hour for two burgers Horrible service. Rockstar is much better and great atmosphere.

I went there with my Mom, Aunt and Uncle for lunch. My Mom ordered an onion soup. We never got our main course until over a hour later. The waitress was SO rude when I asked where the food was. Then got into an argument with both the waitress AND the manager about how long it took. Apparently one soup at a table can make everyone wait for an hour. They said it was normal. Totally clueless waitress! Terrible service! Horrible manners! Never going back!

I probably would have chosen 5 stars if the wait at the tables was shorter. And the wait to pay the bill was also shorter, the staff is often on their cell phone and back, they give the excuse that they don't want to (rush customers to leave) moreover, the fact of serving something to drink while waiting for the food to be served HELPS the wait a lot. Strangely there was no rush of customers however, the wait was there. Perhaps an increase in staff would be a good solution. However, it is obvious that the staff does not want this! More customers = more tips. Waiting too long destroys people's schedules, and the meal becomes too expensive with hours taken off your pay... So! and it is likely that they will not come back...Even if the food is good!

When you book for 35 people for a party and you don't even get to the cake and they leave you because it's too long... it's almost 1h30 before you get your plate and 20 minutes later you start asking to leave...wow no respect for the customer for my by it was the last time we booked there
