We get sushi or pokebols to take away. Everything is usually fresh and tasty. Their avocados are perfectly ripe.
The service is generally good and fast, but we have noticed recently that hygiene rules are sometimes not well respected (e.g. charging or touching your nose while wearing the gloves used to prepare the rolls, etc.). We hope these were just isolated incidents...
The atmosphere is standard for a sushi counter. It's clean. The toilets are clean.
So I think it would be better not to give a reusable bag right away because it will generate a lot of waste in the long run... Most people already have too many reusable bags. Waste…
All in all: good value for money. We will return there, for now.

That said, I had specified "shrimp allergy" during the call, then when I got there I re-validated with the lady that there was none and then left with my order. But when serving, in the very center of the platter, there were 2 clearly visible.
