Lately the wait at this Starbucks has been extremely long — minimum 30 minutes, even when there is only one car ahead. On top of that, they often get the orders wrong. I visit several Starbucks regularly and it is never this slow; even this location wasn’t like this before. Very disappointing compared to the usual Starbucks experience.

I’m not from the area but I always have to stop by this location. Friendly cashier. She made my drink very delicious. Didn’t have to wait long for my drink either.

All the seats are taken by kids doing homework which is fine but be nice to sit down as a paying customer. A $5 tip was added to my bill when I held my phone over the terminal. Cashier basically told me too bad it was your fault and I can’t do anything for you. What a terrible customer experience! Thankfully Starbucks Canada made it right. Just be sure to check your bill and don’t expect to be able to sit down here.
