I open my sub and I see are you serious? Is it downright cre*ssing in the bottom of the bag full of sauce with lots of mistakes? Maybe putting a little supervision is ridiculous and infuriating!!!

I went to this restaurant after placing an order with the application.. there was a bug my order didn't work but they charged me.. the young woman who was there gave me an attitude even after that I showed him the payment taken from the credit card. She was really arrogant with me. I asked her to call her boss and she refused but fortunately the young man who was with her took the situation in hand and resolved my problem with real professionalism as we see more of these days.. a big congratulations to you young man and little message for the boss this young girl is very unpleasant. Luckily she wasn't alone this evening you would have lost a loyal customer.

They compensated us for the errors of another Subway (109 Montée Masson) who did not want to do anything despite their numerous errors on our order. I know which Subway I'm going to go to in the future...

Good service from the young man who was there when I passed. However, maybe be careful how you wrap the sandwiches… when I unwrapped it the sandwich was upside down and all the filling fell out of the sub.... I couldn't do anything with my bread and I took the time to do everything to avoid that... and it got expensive but that's the same everywhere...

Première visite je me trouvais la par hasard et j'ai eu faim et je me suis arrêter , la dame super gentille ma conseiller le combiné de viandes bon choix j'ai adore mon sandwich, j'ai eu un super de bon service a tout les nivaux. La prochaine fois que je vais être de passage a Mascouche j'irais surement aller manger un super sandwich. Merci Angela

Solange l’une des femme les plus sans respect que j’ai connu dans ma vie elle cris sur les clients et ne respecte pas ses collegues de travaille je vous conseille de visiter n’importe quelle autre subway ce sera sans doute mieux! Elle ne devrait sans doute pas travailler dans le service a la clientèle ce n’est pas son domaine clairement
