We passed around 9 p.m. this Friday. Cold welcome, no smile, nothing. When selecting vegetables/condiments, the sandwich attendant added lettuce without asking. Didn't apologize for her mistake. She continued without smiling, almost without saying a word as if we were disturbing her.

Staff very rude and arrogant I showed up at the counter there was no one I waited for someone to arrive and a girl didn't even say hello she just shouted from behind yeah what's ago I told her I'm coming to pick up an order and the girl replied yes she's here while pointing at the cash register. Afterwards she went back to sit down and I waited to ask if she could change the biscuits and it was really complicated because the staff was really not helpful. The woman who served me is named Déborah. I even apologized if I bothered her so much that she disrespected me. Once I arrive home I open the 2 sandwiches to see that everything is ok and both have no cheese inside one of the sandwiches and literally a steak and CHEESE how can you not put cheese inside . And finally they barely put any meat in the sandwiches. Disgusting and shameful service.

Very bad service, I felt really judged by taking my time to order my food, the attendants put very small amounts of the items I asked for and it even looked like I was troubling them.

I've never seen such a botched order... None matched the order. In the photo you can see the steak sub which is supposed to have almost all vegetables EXCEPT black olives. Well there were lots of olives, a little lettuce and cucumbers and nothing else. No cheese, almost no meat or sauce. No hot peppers, no extra lettuce, no extra tomatoes (no tomatoes actually), no crispy onions, no pickles, etc. Normally I don't make a big deal about ordering errors but this is completely ridiculous. No sub was close to what we ordered, and no one answered our calls.
Edit: After 3 calls, no one has tried to fix the solution. We had to call another Subway (819 Montée Masson) and they compensated us immediately even though it wasn't their mistake. It goes to show that some Subways are better than others...

The girls go in and out of the restaurant, leaving the customers alone in the store. When there is a Line Up there is only one girl to serve because the other 2 have gone outside. Probably don't wash your hands when you get home... Pretty poor service.

First thing on the hygienic side not kept complaint made to MAPAC missing hair protector to an employee while she was filling my submarine.....
Secondly, the cashier insults my partner because she has an electronic coupon and we are asked to make two complicated invoices and tells us that we can make two transactions... (as if we would leave and re-enter again..) my partner says don't talk to him like that...let's just say if you want to be treated like crap...at your own risk...
6 septembre à midi. Mon sandwich était moisi :( Le pain plat puait la moisissure ! Et le 2e sandwich était différent.. froid, peu de sauce, sec. Pas comme les autres Subway ! Le staff ne demande pas les questions habituelles (ex poivre et sel). J'ai mangé mes biscuits seulement. Ca vaut le détour pour aller à celui sur La Pinière à Terrebonne, le best !
