Just visited under the new management and I’m seriously impressed! The place feels fresh and welcoming, and the quality of the sushi is excellent—fresh ingredients, great flavors, and beautiful presentation. The staff is super friendly and you can really feel they care about the customers. I’m excited to see how this place grows. A great spot if you're craving sushi—highly recommend checking it out

What a disappointment! We often order poké bowl from this place, but our last order was very disappointing. There was practically no fish in our 2 poké. We had about 6 small cubes of salmon on top in each poke. It’s like we ordered a big bowl of rice with salad and mayo for $17.95 each. Normally we always have a good quantity of fish on top, but yesterday that was not the case. We also ordered 2 sumomaki rolls which did not hold together. This was our last time at this restaurant unfortunately.
Very good sushi I always take the pre-made ones in the fridge and I am never disappointed the ginger and wasabi which comes with it is excellent also I recommend 100%

Aaaaaah. This restaurant is AMAZING. The service is top notch, the cleanliness leaves nothing to be desired, not to mention the employees who treat us very carefully. Plus, the food is really good. That’s sushi!!! If you see a young man with glasses and blonde hair you KNOW you are going to get service that exceeds that of your typical restaurant. Yum!

Then, the young man with glasses who works there is simply LOVE! I don't know who raised this young man but all young people should follow his example. Finally, the hygiene of this place is simply superb. It's true ! I could see my reflection in the menu. I can only simply recommend this Shop. Hat !

I ordered sushi for my sister's party and I ordered a platter of 50 pieces and I only received 40 pieces I tried endlessly to call and I never received a response, always busy as if he had turned off their line!

Yesterday, we ordered 2 trays of 100 pieces Chef's Choice (in other words; choice of pollock sushi and cucumber rolls that don't hold together) After waiting 3 hours for the sushi, we arrived at the restaurant for us to be told that the order is incomplete, that there is no more rice!!!??….. we are offered another alternative to fill the order… There was a lack of judgment, the employees could have simply warned us.
The sushi was dry, tasteless, and the cashier made us pay in two installments… we left without an invoice because of the “bug” in her cash register.
Very disappointed for $300; I do not recommend unfortunately ?

Rarely have I seen a Sushi Shop with such cold customer service and little interest in its customers. The welcome was marked by a disconcerting coldness and lack of enthusiasm, which deeply disappointed me. In a restaurant, the experience is not limited to the quality of the dishes, but also extends to the quality of the welcome and the service offered. A smile, a kind word, an open attitude can truly transform an ordinary meal into a memorable experience. I sincerely hope that this state of affairs is only temporary and that the Sushi Shop team will realize the importance of treating each customer with attention and warmth, to better reflect the quality of their sushi, which deserves be put forward.
