Ridiculously long line up all the time. I always go in my break time at work to get lunch and it takes all the time i have. Today it took me 30mins in line just to get a sandwich. I always order the same thing, Club à la Tim, cartier de pomme de terres and Habanero sauce.. super simple. After 30min in the drive through im finally getting my order and i asked the guy if my habanero sauce is there because its often forgotten. I look and it wasn't.. and by checking it i realized i didn't even got the right sandwich. So i waited a extra 5mins to get it and when i went back to work with my food the fries was extremely cold and it wasn't even filled up.. the sauce cup was literally empty (and yes they dont offer sauce with the fries you pay for it). Don't go there's if you are in your break honey this is just frustrating. Not productive or professional at all. Feels like they are more busy having fun between them than actually working.

I went there on a Saturday around dinner. Employees mostly in training, no sense of customer service. An employee who chews her gum in front of customers. Another employee who asks if the donut she took is indeed the right kind but touches the donut with her fingers (she is also the one who takes orders at the cash register and receives money) .I had to wait a very long time to receive my wrap because it had been given to an employee who didn't do his job! To make matters worse, it was the only thing I ate and I got serious food poisoning.

The time is endless at the drive-thru. +20min. Don't give me the right order. I go inside, another 13 min wait. To be told that they no longer have the donut that I asked for and that's why they gave me a muffin. I ask for a refund, it takes 5 minutes to pound through the cash register, as if she doesn't know what she's doing. I tell him it's a long time, I'm told to go elsewhere! Worst crappy service! If you don't have what we ordered, don't you feel like telling us instead of giving us anything. So much for providing poor service, you might just shut down. Have ever had good service at this tim! So yes, don't worry, I'll be happy to go somewhere else, where people know how to work!

Thursday 4:40 p.m. the door is closed although on the work schedule it is noted open until 7:30 p.m. I return to the service to ask why, the girl tells me that there are two inside her cannot serve 🧐😳😳😳 disappointed

To begin with unpleasant service, the girl who served us was just complaining, no hellos and have a good day... basically she clearly specifies that the donuts she serves us are 3-4 days old and that before making them else she has to pass them...not to mention the hygiene of the restaurant...the sticky floor, food all over the floor...well I'm never coming back here again
The drive-thru service sucks. No donuts, doesn't follow orders (I'm not kidding, they've put bacon on me 13 times even though I specify several times that I don't want it), doesn't put anything at all in the sandwiches (I I was allowed 2 small tomatoes and 2 mini pieces of lettuce in my BLT) and they don't use mayo. If this Tim is almost closed, it's not for nothing. Change your service and the kitchens because I can't take it anymore.
