I went there on a Saturday around dinner. Employees mostly in training, no sense of customer service. An employee who chews her gum in front of customers. Another employee who asks if the donut she took is indeed the right kind but touches the donut with her fingers (she is also the one who takes orders at the cash register and receives money) .I had to wait a very long time to receive my wrap because it had been given to an employee who didn't do his job! To make matters worse, it was the only thing I ate and I got serious food poisoning.

The time is endless at the drive-thru. +20min. Don't give me the right order. I go inside, another 13 min wait. To be told that they no longer have the donut that I asked for and that's why they gave me a muffin. I ask for a refund, it takes 5 minutes to pound through the cash register, as if she doesn't know what she's doing. I tell him it's a long time, I'm told to go elsewhere!

Thursday 4:40 p.m. the door is closed although on the work schedule it is noted open until 7:30 p.m. I return to the service to ask why, the girl tells me that there are two inside her cannot serve 🧐😳😳😳 disappointed

To begin with unpleasant service, the girl who served us was just complaining, no hellos and have a good day... basically she clearly specifies that the donuts she serves us are 3-4 days old and that before making them else she has to pass them...not to mention the hygiene of the restaurant...the sticky floor, food all over the floor...well I'm never coming back here again

The drive-thru service sucks. No donuts, doesn't follow orders (I'm not kidding, they've put bacon on me 13 times even though I specify several times that I don't want it), doesn't put anything at all in the sandwiches (I I was allowed 2 small tomatoes and 2 mini pieces of lettuce in my BLT) and they don't use mayo. If this Tim is almost closed, it's not for nothing. Change your service and the kitchens because I can't take it anymore.

Why not just close it, he never has anything to sell. On Friday at 4:30 p.m. there is nothing in your display. It would be interesting if the employees didn't touch everything with their gloves and then made a sandwich for a customer.
