By far the dirtiest and uncleanest Tim in Mascouche. I went to order a few times between 6 and 7 p.m. The first time I found that the kitchen was really unclean and I told myself that they had had a bad day. Unfortunately it was like that the following times. So I decided not to go back to this Tim Hortons again. In addition, the employees are always hidden in the back and it is very difficult to get service. Honestly, they should spend their downtime doing some cleaning… it’s unsanitary.

This Tim Hortons charges extra if you choose NOT to add a topping...

I ordered 2 bagels with extra cream cheese and got hardly anything on it...I mean not even a knife full.

I hate this tim hortons with a passion as there's always an issue with my order. And it's very unfortunate that it's the only tim hortons I can order from in mascouche. I would rather wait an hour for my food than order from here.

Every time I go through the drive-thru, I have to shout into the intercom for him to hear me and again, he asks me to speak louder, which is literally impossible. Today, I couldn't even order, I had to leave because she couldn't hear anything. Get your intercom fixed and your earphones turned up because it's the same literally every time

Really disappointed. Restaurant closes at 8:30 p.m.!! Closes at 9 p.m. Their excuse? “There are two of us, we have to do our jobs” having worked as a restaurant manager for 5 years.
