Staff not very welcoming, unable to even say a simple “one moment please”. They simply ignored my arrival and my order was taken several minutes after my arrival. The employee was very unsmiling despite my good humor and my patience towards their mediocre ways of serving their customer who is in store. Quite honestly, their employees are faced with a problem of total carelessness due to their lack of courtesy. Very happy not to have this tim as the main tim horton 🙃

DO NOT ORDER BREAKFAST AT ANY TIME OTHER THAN LUNCH, even if it is offered. They will give you an old Timatin that has been drying in the stove for HOURS. Burnt English muffin, dried out cheese, blackened egg, hardened potato… Inedible. And the cashier who looked at me like I was an alien because I wanted a refund. For a FRESH all-day lunch, go to McDo on Montée Masson instead!

Yesterday morning I went to get a rap from the worker when it was half done, I felt that he had something in my mouth that didn't fit, I checked it and I had egg scales, at least I can confirm that it's made from real eggs.

I never judge the first time... But very disappointing. Every visit is a disappointment. My icecapp was half full, overcooked pasta, a pizza with almost no toppings... At $14 for an icecapp and a pizza. It would have been fun if it was at least passable!! There is more bread without topping than topping at the end...
