I rarely leave negative reviews, but this visit was frustrating enough to warrant one.
First off, the staff doesn't speak either French or English, which makes basic communication almost impossible. On top of that, they were cold, rude, and visibly uninterested in serving customers properly.
I was in a rush and ordered a coffee and a mint tea. When I left and finally took a sip, I realized they had given me green tea instead. At that point, they might as well have just poured me a cup of hot water – what's the point of placing an order if no one bothers to listen or get it right?
The moral of the story? Always check your order before leaving, and don’t hesitate to speak up. With workers like this, someone needs to wake them up to the idea of basic customer service since a simple order like that gets messed up.

Seriously, I was so surprised by the bad service that I forgot to swipe my point card! They gave me my morning tim no small bag or paper napkin...so I asked him kindly if I could have some paper napkins and I got it in a rag in my hand 🤣!

You might think that this little Tim is not hospitable considering the neighborhood in which he is located, but the employees are very professional despite the difficult clientele! They make all the difference. I am a customer at 5 a.m. and everything is perfect, service, food and smile! Everything is there. Congratulations, you deserve your 5 stars

Food is Tim Hortons standard. Staff is hit or miss; sometimes they're nice and helpful, sometimes they sound like you just killed their dog. Atmosphere is like just any other Tim Hortons. They have a strange drive-thru though, carefully not to accidentaly skip in line!

The employee was changing the garbage when I was waiting to order. She came up to the register and I asked for a muffin, she didn’t wash her hands and gave it to me. I refused to take it and said that I saw her not washing her hands after touching the garbage (and she just said to her coworker there was garbage juice all over her!!!) . She didn’t say anything, she just made a face and proceeded to put back the muffin in the tray!!! I just left, this is unacceptable, the employees should be more aware of hygiene rules.

What a bad experience, I ordered a bottle of water, I was given a bread with soup?? Then I asked for an iced coffee, not only did I not receive my iced coffee but a cappuccino instead, they also didn't give me a straw??
