Terrible service. No respect for customers time. The personal is moving slowly and unefficient. Waited 8 min to have a sandwich which was ready to be put in a bag.... Unbelieveble. When I complained about I was answered with a cold.. "All right".. and that it... in other words.. who cares about you?... TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

The iced capp machine was broken, but still, they sold it to many people. It was a long line up, and they didn't cancel our order. It was a waste of time. The quality and quantity of sandwiches were very bad compared to other Tim Hortons.

I ordered 3 things... 4 errors is*1 coffee no cream I had a 2-2,French vanilla 1 cream, don't forget the creamPlain bagel with slice of cheese and bacon, I had a 4 cheese bagel with 1 slice of cheese in it no bacon. It's ridiculous the mistakes and probably the waste because I've been seen throwing my coffee in the sink. I've never been able to go back and add someone with experience because it's a gang of young people without supervision and they're all crooked.Read your bills and listen!!!In addition, we allow ourselves the attitude as if it is our fault. You expect someone to be patient after 3 round trips inside

Honestly… I stopped in today for a crispy chicken wrap with potato wedges. A completely wasted $12!! The chicken in my sandwich was so hard to chew and very little chicken, just breading. My potatoes, I had to throw away more than half of them! No freshness or tenderness. It was just tough stuff...and it's not the first time this Tim has given me poor quality food. Standards have really fallen, very disappointing!
