The service is very long, we waited over 1 hour 40 minutes before getting our plates. The kitchen is in no way productive. People don't seem concerned that the service is long… I don't recommend!

Very bad experience today, we often go to this tutti and we always have good service. On the other hand, today, only one waitress, who offered us ridiculously unpleasant service (elderly waitress with black and short hair), we understand that it is not easy, but she never said hello to us, or sorry for the Waiting, cold and unpleasant service. We decide to leave before ordering because we waited 20 minutes for a coffee and 20 minutes before she showed up to take our order, she got angry and told us that we had to understand her situation, we understood, but we didn't understand its service leaves something to be desired. Unfortunately it's over for us at this restaurant.

Delicious meal and always courteous service. The owner is always smiling and welcoming?
I go there regularly and never disappointed except once with the special extra Brisket which was unfortunately too dry...The Benedictines with grated potatoes are a must! I recommend without hesitation!

The staff is excellent, the owner too, the dishes excellent and the property 100%

THE SHAME OF THE CENTURY
I can't believe the restaurant is still open. I order a SWISS HAM CHEESE Benedict with grated potatoes to receive a BLACKED salmon Benedict (I'm also allergic) and hash browns (around fifteen potatoes for a plate at $20)
I call the restaurant and get a very stupid response from the receptionist who tells me that she can't do anything if I don't come and pick up my order. I was very unhappy and the receptionist hung up on me.

Many lunch restaurants in Terrebonne, don't waste your time and money and go eat elsewhere, it's a real restaurant joke.

The meals are very satisfying and the flavours will satisfy your tastebuds as well. The prices are reasonable and the service is quick and friendly. I definitively recommend for breakfast.

Waitress good but terrible service, extremely long waiting time, the tables are dirty and service leaves something to be desired, you are placed at a table you have to ask for utensils because no one brings them, the waitresses do not give you coffee you have to ask for it, basically, good but if you want to waste 1h30 before being served you are in the right place!!

I ordered via Uber. I asked for brown bread and received white bread. I had to have bacon, I saw absolutely nothing of that and the pancake was dripping with oil. A big big fail. Finished for me tutti frutti!

What a bad experience during our family lunch. Although aware that the service can be long… 2:00 before we got our order… several errors, the dishes do not come out at the same time, forgetfulness…
This is unheard of in a lunch restaurant.
My son was even served raw eggs…
The excuse? They had too many doordash commands to handle.

I ordered on Uber at your restaurant, a meal for $50, you forgot the fruit waffle which cost $18 and in the other meal (the gourmand) the toast was missing and in addition the eggs were not as we requested. We had scrambled eggs, I received super runny eggs almost raw and I am pregnant. I had to cook eggs again at home and take MY bread because you forgot it too. In the end you are big thieves. By forgetting half of the order, it's easy for you to keep your money. We are the ones losing our money. Uber is not going to reimburse me for all these mistakes! I will never order from you again! A big ZERO! I understand why you are rated poorly! That’s right!

Very ordinary coffee that tastes burnt... I ordered a strawberry parfait and received a bowl with ten million strawberries and mixed yogurt. Worst lunch of my life. ($13 for a bowl of strawberries lol) The late night parfaits are better and cheaper! I do not recommend
