Nothing to complain about the welcome but big disappointment for the entire meal (burger + Poutine) fries overcooked to the point of burnt which made the dish inedible despite the sauce and the cheese we could smell this old taste of oil reused in excess. The burgers had no seasoning making them tasteless! The iced tea drinks were not more successful and ended up in the sink! $45 wasted!!!

One of the best fast food restaurants in the business. Had the smoked meat sandwich which was wonderful and an amazing delicious poutine Quebec style. Nice ambiance and great customer service.

Awful food. It was super bland and it gave me a major stomach ache. I got a poutine and chicken strips, the chicken was so fake and tasted like nothing not even the sauce could mask the taste of it, the poutine was only slightly decent, but I couldn't finish my meal. Prices were ridiculously high too. This is not my first bad experience at Valentine either. Worst fast food restaurant ever, totally not worth it. I don't understand why this place is still even open...
