I thought I could buy Matane Salmon :( unfortunately the one they had came from New Brunswick and was farmed, yet the Salmon River is right next to it, the owner told me that I had to fish it myself ( with permit) to be able to have some because they are not allowed to sell them..... ?

A local must-see for me. I go there whenever I take a road trip that takes me near Matane. Once again, thank you for this beautiful quality of products, you are exceptional. Maple smoked salmon bites, lobster rolls, large cooked shrimp, lobster egg rolls... and lobsters! Yum Plus today, I was treated to more than extraordinary service, the charming lady (totally adorable, patient and caring, by the way) contacted me when the lobsters arrived. Already cooked and cut to order, it was delicious I highly recommend this place, make a stop there :) I can't wait to come back to the area to come see you
