I thought I could buy Matane Salmon :( unfortunately the one they had came from New Brunswick and was farmed, yet the Salmon River is right next to it, the owner told me that I had to fish it myself ( with permit) to be able to have some because they are not allowed to sell them..... ?
A local must-see for me. I go there whenever I take a road trip that takes me near Matane. Once again, thank you for this beautiful quality of products, you are exceptional. Maple smoked salmon bites, lobster rolls, large cooked shrimp, lobster egg rolls... and lobsters! Yum
