The prices shown on the board in trios and which are billed separately really get on my nerves, because they never match! Very very busy place, especially at the drive-thru.

The place is very busy but the building is poorly designed on the kitchen side. The employees step on each other's toes. And when an employee is even a little stronger than a toothpick it makes it difficult to move around in the kitchen.
How does this relate to customer experience? This impacts their efficiency and slows down production. Waiting about 10 minutes on average in two batches is normal.
