Great service at the end of the evening. When you might think that employees are probably fed up with their day, Marc-André has proven the opposite! He was super nice and made us smile again.
The place is very busy but the building is poorly designed on the kitchen side. The employees step on each other's toes. And when an employee is even a little stronger than a toothpick it makes it difficult to move around in the kitchen.
How does this relate to customer experience? This impacts their efficiency and slows down production. Waiting about 10 minutes on average in two batches is normal.

I like to go for coffee or lunch at Tim. The staff is fast and courteous. The room is clean.
Parking: Parking itself is good, it's rather access that is sometimes problematic. People waiting to go through the drive-thru block the road. It's dangerous.
