Management has decided not to offer free tap water. I looked it up and legally they are allowed to. Regardless, I find the decision cheap and pointless. Paying for water seems ridiculous to me and I'm not interested in sugary drinks. This is my first time being refused tap water in a Canadian establishment.

I hope the management reconsiders their decision.

I was at dinner time, big man with 3 other young boys, great service, polite helpful and kind, super good fast food food!!! what struck me the most was the cleanliness of the place in every corner, the mega clean toilets smell good when entering the toilets, the mega clean floors even with the winter which ruins the place. was impeccable!!! I hope the employees are treated well because they all deserve a big congratulations! I hope the message will reach them.

Keeping in mind that Harvey's is a fast food restaurant, for me, it's one of the best. Clean and quiet and food that taist the way it should without the taist of preservatives. To add to that I have to say toe only place of this caliber where the toilets are spotless. We'll done guys.

Okay, first of all, I need to give you some context. I was looking at the list of restaurants open in the area because I wanted to order something. And then, suddenly, I saw Harveys and I saw the rating of 3.8 stars out of 5. I was really surprised because honestly, I went to eat there this week and I found it really good. The service was impeccable and I thought 3.8? Crime is a bit harsh. It seems to me that I could make a positive contribution to restoring even the slightest hope of a 4 star rating to this legendary restaurant in Quebec. So that's why my rating. I don't know, however, why I justify my simple evaluation so much instead of just putting it. It would be a lot less complicated. I even went so far as to enter my text into ChatGPT to have it corrected before publishing it. So imagine. In short, all that to say thank you for reading me, it did me good to express myself and I really wish this Harveys to eventually reach 4 stars. I think he deserves it.

Shitty service crappy manager no service it reads your invoice like a book for 20 minutes to end up doing nothing and re-read your invoice it puts the customers who arrive after you before you well logical in short it's really not the best Harvey's in the region

I just went there about 20 minutes ago. I ordered a veggie burger with cheese. Firstly they didn't put the cheese I paid for and the meatball wasn't cooked. I ordered a poutine. The fries are old, the poutine is very cold and there is hardly any sauce. All this for $16 thrown in the trash. I tried to call them and they don't answer.

Very long before we get our threesomes. More than 20 minutes. So, cold sandwich.

Wrong orders for three out of 4 sandwiches.

Very disappointed. Long, cold and errors on orders.

Maybe go to another Harvey's, but not Mc Materville's on a weeknight.

Terrible service
I was there on a Friday afternoon and there was only one employee serving a line of over 10 people.
The employee was so calmly taking orders from all the customers before starting to prepare the first ones in line.
It took me almost an hour before I ate. I have no intention of going back.
