Really excellent Poutine. One of the rare places where the cheese is melted!! 2 layers of cheese and the portions are really generous. The staff is super friendly, they recognize their customers and the atmosphere is really pleasant. $20 for a poutine that is hot and the cheese is not cold.

Really expensive, $17, for a large one (which is average elsewhere). The poutine itself is ordinary. Its main fault is that the cheese is not fresh and that it mixes with the sauce to make a big mush before you have finished eating it. It was my last poutine in this chain. Neutral service. And 2 stars for the atmosphere because it was clean. But there is no music and we only hear the cooks talking loudly to each other That's all.

If I could put 0 stars I would!! I was sitting their with my children, peaceful eating when this DoorDash girl came for an order, and the guy at the register started yelling at her in front of everyone, the girl cried and left the restaurant, My kids kept telling me they were not comfortable staying there so we left, it is not normal!! Then I call and spoke to the owner about it, he is being extremely rude, and telling me the guy was not yelling but speaking loudly, and it’s not his fault my kids misunderstood it, instead of just apologizing for it and talking to their employees to do better or make sure their tone is good with customers, definitely lost yourself a lot of customers, so unfortunate that now a days it’s hard to have a normal service in a restaurant.

Average service. Fries missing from takeout order. Return for a few minutes to pick it up. Welcome by the owner who will not listen to reason and tells me that it is a mistake (on my part) during my order (requested supreme trio and a regular poutine, me from the waitress) I was answered (the owner ) with contempt and borderline aggressive arrogance. I will be happy not to give you positive publicity, believe it and tell this gentleman that when a customer comes kindly to ask for his dues to listen to him and take into account the error of the person who took the order and not the customer frustrated at not having had what he expected to have. Learn to listen. In response, I have the means to pay for a portion of fries sir.. The cashier made a mistake when placing my order, okay..but your attitude is deplorable for an owner, What reassures me is that I I've seen other comments regarding your way of acting.
And what's more, 2 years to respond to this opinion which will change nothing. You have lost a customer for life...
