Very, very disappointing experience.

30 minutes of waiting to leave empty-handed to go to dinner elsewhere.

12 people going around in circles, like children who don't know what to do without being told personally, everyone works to make ONE coffee, everyone prepares ONE sandwich, everyone goes together to get the potatoes in the kitchen, we're struggling to decide how to prepare a bagel... meanwhile the manager was just an idea because I didn't see her until I was getting my money back.

Really, the efficiency is zero, zero!

Skills 0/5, communication 0/5, cleanliness 0/5 an employee stuck his finger in his nose while he was preparing a sandwich, (bad order too!), but the working atmosphere 100!! as reggaeton music plays on the floor and the employees relax and chat quietly while of the 12-14 who are on the floor only 2-3 work for their salary.

How frustrating to see this going on while the line of cars quietly increases outside.

To give an idea, during the thirty minutes I spent there: I didn't manage to have a classic Tim's sandwich and a Worker's Wrap; When he arrived he didn't have any car in the drive-thru but when he left he already had 8, only one order was served for a lady who had arrived there before me...

Seriously, just thinking about it takes away the taste for eating Tim, very disappointing.

We have gone elsewhere with customer service clearly.

The manager reimbursed me for the bill so that I would leave empty-handed afterwards, I hope that things will improve very soon because it must cost a lot to pay so many employees to do nothing.

I only give 2 stars because there are 2-3 employees who are trying hard to make things happen.

Sunday December 1st 3:20 p.m....
I go to Tim's almost every day and it is by far the WORST customer service I have seen in my life! Fortunately that's not where I'm going, it was the first time and the last time I set foot there. I go inside to order myself a timatin. There are 3 employees behind the cash registers. I wait there for several minutes. They all looked at me at least 3 times... And then I asked another to come and serve me, she replied that she had the headset and that she couldn't do everything. (There is only 1 person at the drive-thru and it's my sister-in-law) Then she asks a guy to come, he goes back into the kitchen... To finally shout is there anyone someone who can come and serve the customer. And then finally a nice young lady comes from behind and asks me what I want to order. I tell her I want a timatin sausage... Then she asks me how I want to pay... I tell her cash. And the other one is screaming... Well NO we can't make it pass 3 p.m. Ok... I understand that you don't make it past 3 p.m. But there is a way of speaking to the world. I've never seen that!!!
Never could!!!! -5 stars... But unfortunately the least I can do is 1.

I think everyone should have a little vyvanse before their shift. It's not going well at all.

Worse service in Canada the place almost empty so what the manager do he take order people pay than he go to do the order and give it to them than he go back to cash and take another order than he go to do whatever they order so with three people in front of me I waited 20 minutes than I left lucky the owner of that spot won’t bankrupt because of that manager

Closing the door in the face of people who are getting out of the car on a Sunday at 10:30 without notice, without writing it in the door…. We got out of the car...
Seriously. Worse than worse this Tim Hortons. Already three quarters of the time they have almost nothing... Run away!

The front door was barred at 2 p.m. on a Sunday while customers were inside and the drive was operating.
Incomprehensible and no poster to explain the reason for this closure. That's why 1 star.

Tim Hortons is a great go-to spot for a quick and satisfying meal or coffee. Their coffee is consistently good, and their selection of donuts and Timbits is always fresh and delicious. Whether I'm grabbing breakfast on the go or stopping by for a midday pick-me-up, the service is fast and friendly. The menu has a nice variety, from their signature coffee and baked goods to sandwiches and soups. It's a cozy and reliable place that always feels welcoming. A true Canadian classic!"
