For the rather slow service, not half of what we want, we don't understand anything he tells us. And we have to repeat because at the drive-thru the person of color didn't understand anything about the service.

45 minutes in the drive-thru when there are barely a few customers inside. Once at the window it takes at least 2 minutes for someone to come see us while the order is ready on the counter. I have never seen such bad service.

The employee who was at the drive-thru that evening was very impatient, very direct and did not apply any of the basic notions of customer service... (no "Hello", when I said thank you he just sighed etc). Also there were items missing from my order... I noticed it too late, but in all honesty I'm not sure that having become aware of the absence of certain items on the premises, I probably wouldn't have I didn't even try to ask this person because his attitude was so inadequate and made me uncomfortable... I hope this employee was just having a bad evening and that he doesn't act like this on all these shifts since this could clearly cause problems.
