We asked for the lemon flavor for a flowery one, he had more. We ordered a sandwich and asked to cut it in half. We were told impossible because the boss found it too dangerous for employees to use a knife on hard ice cream. The employees served the customers who arrived after us. We informed them that they had forgotten our cone and we were told that it was not their fault that the employee who served us had forgotten and that he took care of each of their customers/bills. We finally received our cone eventually. We like to encourage local businesses…. But the service and the atmosphere, for such good ice cream, was really better and pleasant at the Mercier creamery and/or Sucre d’or in Mercier

Came in to visit the Mercier location as I have never been before. I decided to order a Lemon Oreo Flurry, which was quite good. Service was top notch, and I wanted to leave a tip to commend the service of the workers. Turns out, tips aren’t available on the credit machines anymore… Is this also happening at the other location?
