If I could give zero stars, I would. This location has the most incompetent workers I've ever seen. I've been many times over the last 5 years with different people who all order different things at all different times of the day. All shifts are equally incompetent. They have forgotten the meat in the burgers and had given us the bread with just condiments and lettuce. Other times there were big coffee grounds in the coffee that we had to spit them out. Nuggets weren't cooked enough, other times they were overcooked and hard like rocks. Fries had so much salt, tasted like the salt shaker broke open directly over the fries station. Milk shake was liquid like a glass of plain milk.... I could go on all day. But the attitude from the staff is a whole other can of worms...some genius loaded the food for 5 people into 2 paper bags in the drive-thru. Of course the bag broke open and the fries spilled and dropped in between my seats of my car ( yes in the damn abyss that no one can reach). Rectangle shaped Grease stains all down the middle console of my car. Whenever I complained, I was met with attitude even though they did give me coupons for free stuff the next time, that's not the point. The damage was already done. I could go on all day... i stopped going to this location long ago. Terrible experience all around. Don't walk, run away from this location.

I got a mcchesse ti take out ... i went in my car and ate the meat wae so burn ... i was so in a rush i rust left also theire man b4 me oder a big oder and they gave the oder and left on the counter and went to talk in thr back ... the guy had 3 bag of oder they could gave him a carring bag and they did not even give tray for the drink ... the gentlw had to get it him self ... dont renuine your reputation with employee like this ...

Coldest poutine that i have ever ate!

No good! Shut me up. 45 minutes drive-thru service. Always slow. Go to Bennys the service is faster.

Ordered two trios and two poutines results missing the fries from the trios. As they did not give me my invoice unable to prove what I had just ordered. Bad service, to be avoided.

Serious lunch on December 8, cold fries with liquor not filled and in addition flat arkkk how to throw $35 out the window really disgusting. This is not the first time this has happened to me at this location.

The welcome was very cold, no smile, 1 sauce was missing from my order, when I mentioned it I was told that there was no more but they didn't mention it to me when I was told. gave my order, the trash cans in the restaurant are overflowing, we have to put the full trays on the tables surrounding the trash cans and the tables are all dirty, there are even tables with food lying around on them and it's not because the employees are in the rush

Sometimes very difficult to be served in French. Drive-thru service often closed at night. Be careful !

If you want fast service, go to the drive-thru ordering. Inside, service is almost non-existent. The food is okay of course, the same as in other McDonald's. But be careful, if you wait for a friend at a table without having already ordered you risk being told to get out, which is very unpleasant.

The wrong customer service experience. We had to go back in for missing items and place a new order because they never got it right when we made the order via the drive thru. The very young staff were very rude and acknowledgement of the error was nowhere in sight. Sad behavior for a McDonald's...
