Pizza Mercier

Incredibly rude service, and it doesn’t say anywhere that they don’t take debit, only cash (obviously just so they end up paying less or not claiming it in their taxes). We said they should add it somewhere and the guy yelled at us that it’s like that everywhere. I don’t know, personally I’ve never been told they don’t take debit cards anywhere else. Food is mid too. Save yourself a trip and go to the Grégoire instead!

I ordered 2 large pizzas with Family fries and the cashier told me over the phone that that total was $58 now when the delivery driver came, he said it was $68. Where did the additional $10 came from?! My mom talked with the owner and he refused to give the pizza $58. By law if there’s an error of price you have to give it at the price it was shown for. The owner is lucky that we didn’t file a complaint against him. We told the driver to take back the pizza. This owner needs to be fired immediately

Pizza is great , give the man more business so he can hire more help !!

A real joke as a restaurant!
2 hours to receive a simple pizza 15 minutes from the pizzeria.
The pizza is cold, we are given 2 cans instead of a 2L of seven up because they say they no longer have 2L!
a small cup of vinaigrette for a large sub.
Never could. !

After receiving the wrong order they sent the delivery guy to give us liquors instead of the pizza we had ordered. To finally insult my boyfriend on the phone. After $40 worth of pizza for 2 bambino’s, they never received our order. Big minus place Bani for us, bad customer service

I don’t know why everyone is putting one stars for this pizzeria. It offers amazing pizzas and great deals.I think people are over exaggerating over small mistake that the pizzeria has done. No one is perfect anyways and we all make mistakes. You can’t expect them to always be perfect then criticize the, for a minor inconvenience. The people writing BAD reviews you guys are to sensitive. Deal with the mistakes.

Anyhow they are 2 brothers and when I order a cheese peperroni pizza I ask for the peperonni on top one of them tells me that there is an extra to put the same peperonni on the top of my pizza see that do not go.....
